Happy Halloween! (A day late!)
Posted by Sea Anemone under Blabby Blabby
I went trick or treating with a Viking this year.

(Please make note of the bleeding gangrenous finger. This is really important because it means that this Viking is tough and a good fighter.)
After leaving the Viking, I met up with Kelly, Rob, Jet and a friend of Rob’s for some Halloween hijinks.

My in my non costume costume. It was this or a cow costume with a big plastic udder right over my crotch. No need to think that one through.

Jet! poised and ready for action!

Kelly, rockin out with the viking-esque hat! (Quite the viking theme tonight!)

Rob, minus the curly afro wig. What’s up with this??

Rob’s friend, a Marilyn Manson look-alike in this shot.

In other news, I’m experiencing knitting polygamy. I can’t keep my mind on just one project and thus, I’ve cast on a swatch to teach myself how to knit entrelac. No pictures of this yet.
I’ve also got to write to my SP tonight! She seems to be nice gal, but I do wish there was more knitting content to work with.
The hourglass sweater is looking good. I need to start decreasing for the shoulders and so that puts me at almost done.
The mom socks now have one finished sock and a toe of another. woot!
Swallowtail #2 is at a complete standstill until I find the blasted IK issue that I had last week. Who knows where it went to! but I can’t remember the pattern and I’m still not ready to give up and go buy another copy of the fall ‘06 issue. Guess it’s time to ask Saint Anthony for help.
Everyone, help me ask St. A for help finding this pattern. It’s ok, he doesn’t care if you’re not Catholic! He wants you to help me!

Couldn’t we just scan the pattern and e-mail it to you instead? (shhhh…) Just to hold you over until your pattern returns? I’m just thinkin’.
Not that saying a prayer or two isn’t a good option also. (That is terrible grammar, isn’t it? I’m too tired to care.)

Apparently, he *does* care, because nothing against St. A, but he has not helped me on my requests. However, I have noticed that after I leave flowers or cookies out for the faeries (and apologize for calling them “little f~

ROCK OUT, yo!
You are a knitting ho. The yarn loves it, though! Just try to keep your tongue out of the yarn’s ear…

CUTE picture in the hat! You should wear one more often! St. Anthony does care and will help. Just offer him a little money for the poor box. And if you are poor and can’t afford it, just promise to give him some when you can. Ask your Pop how well St. Anthony comes through, he wears by him now… hahaha

I concur with your mom. St. Anthony wants something in return; drop a coin or two into one of those jars at a 7-11 for needy children - that will do. He helped me locate you two wandering cousins once –I need to think about whether that was a good thing or not. Ha-ha.
